Subject: Gift certificate 'placement'

Hi,

I want to check out and use the last of a gift certificate but can not find where to input the GC code.   I have tried multiple times but its still on the 'missing list'.  Any advice appreciated,

TIA, Jenny

Hello,

I have attached a screenshot for you.  You will need to copy and paste the Gift Certificate code with no leading or trailing spaces into the Gift Certificate field and hit apply  This will be done on step 3 of the checkout process.

Please let me know if you need any additional help.

Thanks

What browser are you using?

The mystery is now solved.

It is because you have a gift certificate placed in your shopping cart along with your products and you can not pay for a gift certificate with a gift certificate.

I would remove it and place a seperate order for the Gift Certificate alone.  Once you have removed it you will see that field available to you once again.

Hope that makes sense but please let me know if you have any questions.

Ugh! ;)

I did want to do it all in one transaction instead of having to go through PayPal twice. :(

Thanks for your help and explanation.

Jenny
