Subject: Painting eyebrows without aliasing

I need to paint some new eyebrows (solid black anime type) on a character, but I am having problems making them show up without serious aliasing, when applied to the character in Poser.

Any good tricks of the trade for this?  I don't have anything like the latest Photoshop, but I do have the latest Gimp, Paint.Net, etc.

i was having the similar problem blending lip line.

one trick is to paint on a supersize canvas like 4x or 8x times, then shrink down when your done.

just the eye area then use as a layer.

That worked well enough for me, figuring I won't zoom in much more than this.  :)
