Subject: finding old clearance items in my "items list"

meghan ( ) posted Tue, 18 March 2014 at 3:04 PM · edited Fri, 08 November 2024 at 3:04 AM

Is there anyway or any short cut for figuring out what items I own were clearance items? Some of the items were clearance when I bought them but changed to regular status or whatever. Basically I'm not sure if I downloaded all of them or not with all of the past sales in the last few months. First I need a way to even check which files are clearance. Thanks for the help!

Hi Meghan,

I'm sorry, however I am not 100% clear on exactly what you are asking me.  I will tell

you that once items go on clearance, they never go back to the original price, they either

remain on clearance, or they are eventually removed from the site.  Sale items, however

can go on sale for a specific amount of time and then go back to their original price.

As far as your downloads are concerned, the only way that I am aware that you can

find out if they have been downloaded is to go to your "My Account" page, under

orders and compare your downloads to what you've ordered recently.

As I said, I am unclear as to what you are needing assistance with. I am not sure

what the clearance items and your downloads have in common in your question.

Please clarify so that I will be able to assist you better.

Thank you,
