I had purchased a few bogos in the past, and the vendors gave links in the site mail for the bogo purchases. I tried to view past mail, and it cuts off after those mails and I can not access the mails anymore even in the archived section. Where can I find those mails?

Did you place the site mails in your archived folder?

After a year the system will delete all old messages not placed in the actual archived folder.

No I thought it was archived automatically once read.

No, I'm sorry. Mail that you wish to save must be placed in the archive folder. If not, after a year they will be deleted by the system.
