Subject: Sad News; nyguy (Fred Wind) has passed away

It was noted over at DAZ that the Poserverse.com site run by Fred Wind, AKA nyguy here, and Poserverse at DAZ, had vanished.  I remembered that he had been fighting cancer last summer, so I checked his FP page, and discovered that he had apparently passed away.  Some googling turned up his obituary...

Oh, my  :(  That is sooo sad to hear - Fred was a really nice guy and will be missed.  My heart is with his family and friends.

Fred put up a valiant fight, which sadly he lost. He will definitely be missed. Praying for his young son and family.

Ah damn! I'd been hoping he would win his battle. So sorry to read that. I lost my Brother in Law in April to aggressive cancer-and this news brought tears to my eyes. Best wishes to his friends and family
