Subject: Searching for a member won't let you sitemail them

I've noticed if you do a search on a forum member and click on the sitemail link from that page, it takes you to your mailbox.  However if you click on them and then contact in their gallery, you can then sitemail them with their name filled out on the correct input.

Is this working as intended
