If you want an idea of what Blender can do for an expert take a look at this. Im still picking my jaw off the floor.

 

The author - Heinzelnisse -  has also put the file up for anyone to use on Blendswap (though the file is bigger than the monthly download limit so you have to pay $5 for a days unlimited downloads)
