yeah, the Poser (Pro) renderpass-separation does split on lights, while the Scripts > RendreControl > RenderPasses script seems to work on the current animation frame only.
So you can take that script and modify it to step through the frames, and set the output file names accordingly.
An alternative is the Advanced Render Settings product by Semidieu / Basil Gass, available at RuntimeDNA. It does what you want, and much more. RDNA store is closed till June 25th, though.

I know it's possible to render passes so that individual lights get their own file for a still image, but I can't figure out how to do the same thing with an animation. Any ideas? Thanks!--J
