You need to make the clothes also weight mapped. There is a script over at the same place where you got V4 WM that will help with the clorhes.

If it looks ok in preview but not in the render the thing that pops into my head is a problem with displacement maps. This is a guess as I don't have the outfit and don't know if it uses them or if you have them turned on.

Quote - The only thing that comes to mind is gamma settings for any transparency, bump or displacement maps used for both the character and clothing; if gamma render settings are defaulted to 2.2, those maps should be adjusted to 1 in the texture manager.

I copied the weight zones and morphs to the cloth prop from the character. In the past that's all I've ever had to do. What's odd about this is that it looks fine in preview, but when I render, the results are clearly suboptimal. I've tried with "smooth polygons" off and on, with the same result.
Any idea of how I can fix this?
