Does anyone know what collar that is? I looked at the promo credit tab and it doesnt seem to be listed...

Did you try contacting the vendor?

If it's not listed in the promo credits it may no longer be available, was never availble or will eventually become available.  If the vendor does their own promo's, they should be able to tell you.  If another artist does their promos, they would have tor refer you to he/she.

That collar doesn't look that hard to make. I might try one later on this week. I will make it a static prop so you would have to adjust it for any character. I know V4 is tall and I don't own her. I guess I could use Dawn but not smart prop it.
