It's been so long since the last time that I had to reset my Poser preffs that I don't remember what/where the invisible folders are and which ones to throw away. I took a look at SM's Poser page and could not find the old support info on it either.

Poser Preferences are located under Users->Yours name->AppData->Roaming->PoserPro

You will need to have enabled in Windows,show hidden folders/files

thanks for the info. Looks like I had that option turned on from the last time I needed it. Still not sure what folders/files to throw away. I have one labeled 2.0, one labeled 10 and another labeled 10_2014_02_2710_26_49AM

I think 10 is the which you want to edit or throw away,but still I would keep them as backup,I always keeping backup and this 10 is the main file which I'm deleting or reseting
