Hi. 

Please contact the vendor for product support for this purchase. If they are unable to help you, then you can request a refund from the vendor and if they are in agreement we can do that for you. You just send that request to store@renderosity.com and ask the vendor to do the same to let us know the refund has been approved. 

Also I have edited your post to remove your personal information from a public forum.
