If I Made The Batmobiel, Could I sell This Model on this sight. Would there be a problem?

Hi Steven, Doesn't look like anyone's responded to you yet, so I'll give it a shot. Firstly, I must say I'm not a copyright attorney and cannot offer legal advice. Disclaimer aside, what I can tell you is that "Batmobile" is a trademark, to call an item that. You don't own the trademark to the name, so you wouldn't be able to call any selling item: "Batmobile." The design of the car in the comics and in the movies is copyrighted, so you wouldn't be able to use any of those designs and try to sell them as your own item. This all changes, of course, if you've licensed the "Batmobile" trademark or the car design. Then you would be able to sell such items according to the provisions of the license.
