I would want to use it on V4 figure, I am using Poser 7. I need it to conform to V4 . If not a link to already

made, if price is right I would be willing to pay to have it made.

Have you checked the Star Trek thread over at DAZ?  It's been going for about 7 years or so now & there are a LOT of items that have been made for both Poser & DS.
