Dear Renderosity Community,

We would like to announce some changes in the marketplace.  StaceyG is no longer manager of the Renderosity Marketplace. After reviewing some of the recent challenges and goals in serving our vendors and customers, we have decided to keep that position vacant for the time being and have chosen instead to expand our marketplace team to provide more accessibility for our vendors and customers throughout the week. During normal business hours, 9-5 CST server time, you should typically have no less than three team members available to help you at any given time. This team will consist of JennBlake, JeniferC, and PrestonW who has recently returned to our team. We are confident that this change in our marketplace staffing will improve response times and provide an overall better experience for vendors and customers.

As part of our ongoing efforts to make sure your experience at Renderosity the best that it can be, please feel free to send along any comments or suggestions about your marketplace experience to marketplaceteam@renderosity.com and we will get back with you as quickly as possible.
