Not a complaint, just an observation:  It is not particularly safe to view ads in Flash at the moment, I have mine turned off by default.  Which means any ads on this site that are in Flash are not going to be seen by me, and probably not a whole lot of other people either.  Hackers have managed to crack the ad distribution network, Yahoo had a problem with it that became very public.

Sooo... you might want to point out to anybody taking an ad that they might want to consider putting it in something other than Flash if they want it viewed.
