I posted a thread in the Vendors Support Forum here at Renderosity requesting some corroboration on my store page load times. Original message follows:

"I've just noticed that the time it takes to open my store page is extremely long. I did a random test of other vendors and found that in most cases their store page appears at around the 6 second mark (this is just the appearance of their page not the loading of the product thumbs). My store page is taking around 40 seconds. Loading a product page from a Marketplace search is fine it just appears to be my store page. Before I contact admin directly about this I would appreciate if any other vendor can try and load my store page and give me some feedback on my stores load times."

Since posting this request there have been 31 views of my thread but not one single vendor has bothered to help me out. The Blender forum is my main goto forum where I visit daily helping out where I can. I am hoping that maybe some other frequenters of this forum might help me out where others have not. All I am asking is for is the repliers to this thread to click on the "My Renderosity Store" link in my sig below and let me know how long it takes for my store page to load; not all the product thumbs just the store page.

Well I'm on a slow connection but it took me about 49 seconds for the page and Thumbs to all come up. I went to Runtime DNA and tried one of their vendors and it all loaded in about 26 seconds.

Appreciate your reply Cybermonk. Once I get a couple of replies I'll be able to back my complaint when I contact admin.

It took me 41 seconds. A speed test of me connection indicates 3.12 mbps for what it's worth.

roughly 32 secs for me and I usually have a good connection
tested some other vendors (just at random ......best was 2 secs others varied between 8 to 12 )
think you are right to ask why

My connection is only just 'okay' - connecting from Australia, 45 seconds. Brings up all images and everything immediately your page opens.

23 seconds and I'm in London where, quite unbelievably, Boris Johnson is Mayor.

Re-tested my store load time and it is now loading at a comparable speed to other vendors. This thread can be closed now as the problem appears to have been solved. Again thanks to all who provided me feedback. I knew I could count on help from the Blender community.
