Subject: Searches and Sorts are Broken

This is starting to become beyond just annoying. Price sorts...don't. Marketplace "What's New"....isn't. Just looked at the Marketplace dropdown for What's New; some items were listed on several pages, i.e., a product on page 2, also appearing on page 4, or 7, etc. Old stuff on the first pages, newer stuff......somewhere in there. To actually see what you havn't seen before you need to scroll through page after page, hopefully to recognize something that wasn't there in the past few days. So, yes, we have page numbers back, with a reasonable number of products per page, but, no, they are not being presented in a fashion that is in anyway useful. I'm almost done here. Maybe over to DNA to look at their Daz compatible, maybe I'l check back here in a couple months to see if anything has been fixed, or maybe to find that the site has failed and closed. It is a shame. What used to be one of my favorite sites, a place where I could happily browse and buy, has now turned into a frustrating eyesore. It's been a month, and most of the "fixes" have only exacerbated the problem. I wish you well. Hopefully you will still be around next time I check back. Peace - Rhett

Hello,

I'm not sure what you are referring to as the "what's hot" images are not the same on every page and I was just sorting from lowest to highest and it worked as it should.

I am not sure if this is a chaching issue on your end however we have not had anyone else state this problem since the fixes.

Warmest Regards,

I'm having a lot of trouble searching for things :( When I type sci-fi clothes into the search for the market place, I get 2 results. One is a robot dog, the other is Exnem's rogue outfit for G3. Are there really no sci-fi clothes in the store?

The "For You" filter couldn't be more wrong, I think it's just displaying random items.

Hello,

I do believe the problem is the - symbol as the search does not do too well with symbols.

Please see this link as their is some sci fi items. You can also try to just look up "sci fi" as this should pull a lot of results for you as well.

Thank you and have a wonderful day,

Yes, that did show a few more items. The problem I'm having is that clothes are categorized in too many different ways,,,3D props, 3D figure essentials, figures, addons, etc,etc it's very confusing :( Is there a department for just clothes? Thank you for your help :)

The problem is it all depends on the departments the vendor puts on the product as well as the keywords they put on the product as well.

We are trying to clean these up so the search is able to do it's job the way it should be however it will take quite a bit of time considering we have thousands and thousands of products.

Please try this link as it has all the clothing however you will have to look through it to see if there is something you will be able to use for sci fi.

Warmest Regards,

hi, Kristi

the sort by Low> High / High> Low does in fact not function as you may think. i just went into the Sale department, then sorted from High > Low [and the reverse to make sure]. in the High > Low example, i started at the very last page, and moved forward into things 12 pages, looking at each of those 12 pages - there were items that went from 5.00 to 5.25, and you'll think 'ok, things are as they should be'. once i hit about 8 pages in, i found items listed for 7.50, then 9 pages in, i had items listed for 5.62 for roughly two more pages, with a few 6.00+ items in the mix, then things seemed to right themselves for a few pages, but then it went all wonky again.

i know it is not a matter of caching issues as i clean that out regularly, and my browser is set to rid itself of all temp files upon closing out, too.

take another few minutes to poke around again, and i think you might see what is being reported here.
