On certain products I cannot see the price. I have to click on the thumb and go to the product page to see the correct price. Only the Prime Price shows up in the What's New section and I'm not a Prime member so why can't I see the regular price???

I will bring this up! :) Thanks!

Any update on this? Today I was browsing What's New and just wanted to have a quick look but I'm forced to open up each thumb just to see the price. I hope this will be fixed. For example on Danae's newest character all I see is the Prime price. I can understand seeing this if you're in Prime but if you're not? At DAZ you only see the PC+ prices only if you're in the Platinum club and even then you have to be logged in. I suppose the software detects that but it used to detect it at Rosity as well before the site change.

Sorry about that! I meant to update you.

The prices are as they are suppose to be. It allows you to see what the prices are as prime right off. :)

Kimberly.. Kalypso is trying to say that they are NOT prime and want to see the NORMAL price right off without having to click on the product. Are you saying this is now impossible?????

while i understand the 'logic' in how pricing is being displayed, i too find it rather frustrating to have to open a Prime item just to get my pricing as a non-Prime member. in fact, this has been brought up at least four times in separate threads since the site change.

and i'll ask yet again - can not BOTH regular non-Prime pricing be displayed along with the Prime pricing on an item? at most we are only talking about coding in an extra line, that at most would only contain 12 characters including a space - for example: Reg. $24.99

Giana, I have asked about this and so far this is how the pricing will be. :)

Impressive, you guys are really bending over backwards to make your customers happy ;)

Ever hear the phrase 'The customer is always right'?

well, that's just a silly, foolish & lazy response that you were handed to relay, Kimberly, but so be it.

one might think that to display the regular pricing along with the Prime that it could serve to drive home the idea of 'just how much you're going to save by joining Prime' moreso than a percentage statement - most customers care about dollars over savings percentages which can, frankly, be a bit misleading. for example, i can say you're saving 10% off a $10 purchase, and whilst that sounds all peachy keen, it equates, in reality, to one whole dollar... whoopee!!! or maybe that there is the point behind the way pricing is currently displayed... shrug.

thanks for the info tho, Kimberly, as your response, whether it is popular or not, is greatly appreciated.
