... and it's my render rewards coupon for this month. I was going to use it to buy an item that goes off sale today, but so much for that. Why am I not authorized to use my RR coupon?

Item #2. I went ahead and bought the item using Paypal. Used to whern I'd use Paypal the download was available immediately. Now, it's taking up to 30 minutes for the download to appear. What's the cause of this?

basicwiz, Please note that the Render Rewards are not coupons. Render Rewards are like gift certificates and need to be used in the "Gift Certificate" field. We have had a bit of a lag on getting emails notices from PayPal on paid orders. Sorry for the inconvenience.

However... it didn';t work in either field. I tried it in both.

Hello,

Please be sure you are entering the correct Render Reward code and entering the code in the Gift certificate box and hitting the "apply" button.

Hello basicwiz,

After checking your account, I see that your Render Rewards were issued on 9/01/15 and expired 9/30/15. Render Rewards are issued on the 1st day of the month and expire on the last day of the month, so that is why you are getting an error. Sorry for the confusion.
