Hello keppel
I do try to keep the sticky post in the Blender forum to a minimum and change them as the information becomes dated and yes I do understand that many of the forums have duplicates of the same messages but not all members visit each forum and many would miss the information being posted in those Stickies. I will make the admins aware of your comments.

Thanks for listening Lobo. I can see that you have cleaned up a number of the sticky posts that were here when I started this thread.

No don't need a steam cleaner there are some stickies I do try to keep up all the time like the info for newbies and such that sometimes get lost if nothing new is posted to them and disappear after like 45 days if nothing is added to them.

What is it with all these sticky posts that are duplicated all over the Rendo forums? Seriously do we need three sticky posts relating to the Halloween contest in the Blender forum when the same post is in the Community Center forum where all other site "news, events and other items of interest" are already being posted. It is getting ridiculous when we have to scroll way down just to find a post that is actually a Blender topic? I don't know if there is some direction from management to do this but I miss the days when you could come to this forum and actually find that the threads were on topic.
