THIS IS MY SECOND TIME TYPING THIS BECAUSE OF BROKEN SITE FEATURES

The recent upsurge in very limited time coupon codes sucks. I get that Renderosity has always had the occasional 2 or 3 day coupon code, but lately ALL coupons seam to be that way. Get the coupon on the 28th and it expires on the 29th. When coupled with the sluggish interface of the site since the update, the broken marketplace features, constant errors and problems, endless page reloads, and the changes to the prime club and the overall attitude and policy changes it is driving me away from Renderosity. Not to mention, not all of us can devote 2-3 hours to wading through the mess that the marketplace has become with all of these errors every day. I have not redeemed many coupons lately because of this, and lately Renderosity has less and less to entice me to remain a customer here. Yesterday I couldn't get the site to load properly at all, and today the coupon I wanted to use is expired - needless to say this pattern is starting to infuriate me, and I see from posts in the forums I am not alone. For the love of all that is consumer relations, bring back some of the week long and month long coupons!

I have been a customer here for years, but from how things are being handled, and the changes that have been made and problems that remain unfixed now 3 months after the update, I see that ending soon.

The New HD Toaster from Wamco toasts bread more evenly and acurately than Standard Toasters. Take advantage of the FULL resolution of your bread and try one today, because if your toast isn't in High Definition, you are not getting the most of your toast!

@theKageRyu - Can you please tell me the technical issues that you see as I honestly have not seen many recent technical issues that have not been addressed and fixed.

We have a "technical/bug" thread in the forums for people to post to if they come across a technical issue and we keep a close eye on it so issues can be addressed.

I am very sorry you feel the way you do as we are trying very hard to make things fun and exciting again. This is something that has been lost for the last year or so. Of course good things do take time and little by little there are improvements being made as we have received positive responses lately from members and vendors which tells us we are on the right track.

If you want to site mail me all the things you are not happy with I can go through them and see if it is anything that can be improved upon.
