Suggestion Box F.A.Q (Last Updated: 2024 Nov 17 10:06 am)
This forum is designed for suggestions from the community on how you feel we can improve Renderosity.
We do not require that vendors place what software the product is for on the product's thumb. This is what you are asking correct? That vendors are required to state on their actual product thumbnails what software the product is for? :)

no offence here but your reply does not make sense, are not the products thumb and actual product thumb the same thing. maybe you meant the actual product page?
regardless of what you refer to, I am tied of wasting my shopping time by clicking on store thumbs that are useless to me as I use poser. but That's Ok.. Your storefront is flooded with so much G3 content that it is getting very difficult to find new Poser items to be eligible to acquire enough to garnish render rewards, **and that is why in other forums, some of are asking for a poser filter to block G3 Content **t I will be curtailing my shopping in the months ahead and will allow my prime membership to lapse when it up for renewal July 2016
When looking through the MP you can filter the products by using the departments and search. For example, if you are wanting clothing you would go to the Departments>3D models. From there on the right hand side you will see that you can filter by software. The only places this can't be done is on the What's New, and What's Hot.
Hope this helps!

Renderosity needs to inform some of it's vendors to correctly tagged their thumbnail image in regards to being applicable to DAZ Studio. A great many of your product vendors who create the actual prop are complying, but vendors who create support items like added textures sets are not complying and it is not till you open the thumb, and scroll down the page that one finds that this item is related to DAZ Studio or G3 A couple examples are included here as the links point to the vendors product but if you review the thumbnail image, there is nothing about the system it supports https://www.renderosity.com/mod/bcs/nariko-for-storm-queen/112332/ https://www.renderosity.com/mod/bcs/sweets---sugar-doll/112386/ https://www.renderosity.com/mod/bcs/instyle---dms-fit-n-sexy-outfit/112278/
Regardless of the fact that the support texture item might refer to a recent product that is tagged as G3 or DAZ studio, the support thumb should have a overlay for the Rendering system it supports.
Recent forum threads have suggested that you install a poser only filter so those of us who buy poser related items need not waste time clicking on thumbs that we cannot use. Note that I am not blaming vendors who create G3/DAZ studio items as this is their livelihood, but all vendors should tagged their thumbs correctly as to not waste a shoppers time by needlessly clicking on a thumb that they cannot use. I average $100 + a month here but what time I have to shop is limited as I'm under the gun to get commission work out and create visual renders for two websites I support
