The problem is hiring a vendor to make an item specifically might take some negotiations. Searching for something already built that's close is probably your most cost effective bet. The U jacket is very close to your first posted pic. It's for Genesis 3 and you should be able to sort of fit it (depending on pose) to Genesis 2 pretty easily. You should be able just to dial up the size to make it look larger.
