Subject: Kitten morphs for either p4 cat or.....

shante ( ) posted Thu, 03 March 2016 at 2:58 PM · edited Mon, 09 December 2024 at 2:46 PM

some time ago i asked if there were any good morphs for either the p4 cat or better yet, the daz milcat to turn them into believable kittens. i lost the thread and whatever outcome there was. looked through the freebies section on several sites and found nothing. looked for any verbal/written specs to dial in these morphs on my own and again nothing found. any help locating either the packaged morphs or dials to spin to git'erdun would be appreciated. also looking for mildog morphs to convert it to weeks old un-weaned puppies. my attempt at dialing it myself was an ugly disaster. :(

Worked on this for you today ... not sure if this is what you want ... or how to get you the details yet ...

hard to tell alone as it is. Is this the MilCat? Standard dial spun adjustments? I wish I could find the way I did it before?!

Yes mail cat ... rendered in Superfly. Just dialing and studying photos of kittens.

Boni, that's really great work! There was a kitten morph available by Daio at some point, not sure if the link is still active. https://www.renderosity.com/mod/gallery/holiday-kittens/1579673

Thank you both for your help. I APPRECIATE IT! I did the search for this for several hours before I posted this thread just because I told her I had used it and would try and find it for her. When I gave it to her she shrugged me off and told me having used it she found it wasn't as good because it needed a second neck segment or some damn thing. I gotta keep reminding myelf never to volunteer doing any extra work to help someone who claims to know more than anyone. I APPRECIATE EVERYTHING ANYBODY DOES FOR ME....even if in the end it wasn't quite what needed or wanted. Seems more Civil. But thanks I will use it. Now I need to fond a similar set for the MilDog to bring that long in the tooth figure down to a still being weened puppy size and shape the DAZ Puppy life stuff doesn't do.

That is a great job you did with the MilCat, Boni! The Poser dog and cat figures are really loooooong in the tooth, but HiveWire3d is working to correct that and create entirely new figures for Dusk/Dawn and others to snuggle up with. Speaking of which, I've been wanting to create my own MilCat textures using Photoshop fur brushes and what have you, but I cannot find the texture template anywhere. I looked on DAZ's product page, but there's no download link for one :( If you or anyone can point me to the template(s), I'd be very grateful. What's more, any good textures I create will be shared gratis with the community! 😃

It may not be till Monday, but I will look into that template for you. And thanx for the comment, the other one is much better ... I look at helping with the mail dog too ... the puppy won't work?

I tried morphing the puppy down to a smaller still un-weened size which looks like a little short legged mole compared but I can't get it to morph properly. It does not seem to have even near as many morphs as the full grown dog set.

If you have P11/PP11 smooth scaling is a new feature it allows for more dynamic morphing for size and shapes. I can get you more information if you need Irma. I have yet to try this feature.
