Hi, I have received the email from the store that paypal payment has been made (Mar 17, 2016 09:34:50 PDT Transaction ID: 7DE15794D12506726) yet my downloads still are pending at my account

Maybe this is a glitch because I had some sponsored ads included in the payment along with the products of my choice. (order #112841958).. so could you please sort this out for me?

Hi Rena,

We put a notice on the site letting people know that PayPal is having a temporary issue with their IPN being down. Their notices to us about orders being paid are being delayed. We hope this is a very short and temporary issue. We are working as quickly as we can to get those orders marked as paid for our buyers.

We are sorry for the delay but this is unavoidable as the issue is on PayPal's service.
