I made my first purchase and it's been "download pending" for a long while. Payment was received. How long is the typical wait for the file to be cleared for download?

Hi there calasortiz first time purchases are put through manually it shouldn't take long it just depends on the time at HQ, which is currently 244 am. After this one goes through all your purchases will be available straight after checkout.
