I am not sure why you were having trouble as we honestly did not hear of anyone else having trouble. We did things a little differently to try to avoid people from having trouble which seemed to work well.
Since the coupon is no longer active, it is hard to know why you were having trouble.
Please be sure you are entering the code with no leading or trailing spaces and hit the "apply" button to be sure it applies.
Also, please try using the next coupon early in the morning or afternoon before 4pm so if you have trouble again, we will be in the office and able to see what the issue is while it is still active.

Hi KristS. I actually experimented from about 10 pm to 11:30 pm by trying different items, and both the prime and normal coupon (cutting and pasting into notepad and copying the text from there to the form). I suspect there's something going on during the time period. Not sure exactly. In the future on the next coupon I'll do purchases earlier (either before 5 pm or before 9 pm) to test. All in all I emptied my cart and added different items, trying items that were not on sale that allowed coupons and were above the minimum spending requirements. It was very odd. I noticed (and commented) similar website behavior when the 3 hour sales (with coupons) were running. I saw several start 1 hour and finally changing prices after they were supposed to start (according to the advertisement newsletter for the individual sales) as well as several coupons not working for an hour past when they were supposed to have started. I'm in Central Time Zone as the Zoltar coupon stated the ending time. I will test again on the next set of coupons and report what I find with screen caps. I almost posted several screen caps last night but it was 10 pm when I started and 11:30 when I gave up attempting to use the coupon. Not angry, more like curious about what's going on with possible website delay? Maybe a server cache delay? Thanks again and have a lovely week.

The only other thing I can think of is you were adding items by vendors who do not participate in coupons as not all of them do

Nope. Here's an example with today's coupon. It's half working. I had prime items in the cart but I removed every thing from my cart and only included the two coupon allowed items.
When looking at both pages, each individual item shows the following.

"This product is eligible for coupons". Coupons are broken somehow. I could try many different items in different cart tries but it's already close to 7 pm. Last time when I waited (even though the coupon said it worked until midnight on Monday) with trying different cart items it totally never worked and that was with 2 hours to go before the expiration of the coupon. I'll wait until later but well before the time of expiration on this one. I might come back later (hoping for response) but suspect I'll simply use the broken discount for a partial discount. As per the current coupon which is only discounting on one item...

Aha... I see on this one, I missed the comma between prime and sales and was seeing prime sales. So not applicable to sale items.
Please note that these coupons are not valid toward the purchase of magazines, some shippable items, tutorials, gift certificates, prime, sales, clearance, bundled items and software.
I'd have to dig up the last coupon which I have saved somewhere to see if it also didn't work on items on sale. I wish these coupons were more standardized as to what is what. Maybe lead with that or have some symbol on the coupon near the top as to what they work with... in the months since the prime changes the changes to coupons have varied as well so it's not consistent which tends to lead to confusion among customers. :( On the Zoltar one though I did try items that were not on sale (one of Dreamworks items alone in the cart at full price) and the coupon totally would not work with time to spare...

Been trying on some various items since 10 pm CDT Monday. Coupon states "For the next 48 hours thru 11:59pm (CDT) on Monday, April 11th". I tried on several items that allowed coupons as well as large ticket items that allowed coupons and were well over the minimum requirements (which even without the large ticket item I was over the minimum required amount). Nada. Naught. Nil. Non functional, zip, no effect. I tried both the Prime one, and the non Prime one. In the end I purchased some non coupon items (prime, clearance, etc). So that's lost sales. Just a heads up about coupons not working. I don't know if they shut off two hours earlier than listed or what... lately there seems to be a sort of time difference going on with many sales. It seems like I'm the only one bringing this problem up. I'm wondering if server time might not be syncing with sale time correctly. As I post this the Renderosity time says it's 11:28 pm CDT Monday. time.windows.com shows your clock to be one minute behind and yes I refreshed another tab to check the time.
