Hi.
I just downloaded the .zip files for all of the products you described having an issue with. I was able to open them with both winzip and windows explorer. I was able to use winzip to extract the files to my runtime folder and all worked perfectly. I'm not sure what may be going on for you. Can you try making a new folder in which you download these files to and then opening again? Maybe for some reason your connection had a quick drop or something and corrupted the files? I have reset your downloads for you so that you can try this again. If you still have issues please let us know. The products have been active for a while, and so far we haven't had any other issues with them. And they work correctly for me.

I only just re-downloaded all my purchases from Shaft73 and I am having major troubles unzipping them. I have tried 2 utilities on 2 different version of Mac and 3 different unzip utilities on windows. I get a error unzipping on all of them. I can access the parts by exploring the folders using windows but this requires recreating the folder structure and then coping out all the parts by extracting only the contents of each folder time by item. That takes waaaay too long. I clan't remember what I did the first time. I may have extracted it part by part as it was only one zip at a time. It seems there are "invisible" files in the zip (you can see them using windows explorer when viewing the zip contents) that match the folder names and conflict with the folders when unzipped as the can't overwrite each other. So I am thinking they were zipped on a mac. Why Mac "Stuffit" and Mac's "Archive Utility" will not unzip it is a mystery. Can anyone else unzip them and what are you using. They should unzip with any proper unzip utility :-( I was however able to unzip two of the older zips Daemora_A3V3 and KenjiEnforcer but not AjataV4A4 - Daemora_V4A4 - Dominus_M4 - XicaV4A4G4. I am not having problems with any other zips from Rosity.
