Subject: screen size

When I open poser debut for the first time for the day, some times, not all, the bottom of the window for the screen blocks the dials for the key frame dials. I can change the width size easily as both sides are visible, but the bottom of the screen is blocked by the windows toolbar therefore i am unable to raise the bottom of the screen to access the key frame dial. There probably is an embarrassing quick remedy for this. Help!

Sounds like it is not set to fullscreen if you can alter the sides. Up top right next to the X you have the full screen option box icon. What happens if you click on that once?

That worked the first time a few days ago, but since then, it doesn't help.

Oh okay does seem a little strange depending on how mine is closed occasionally I will open it and have the bottom cut off even though it looks to be in full screen click the FS box and all is well. Only other thing I can suggest that could do this would be the display resolution. Not sure what OS you are using but if Windows go to control panel and under Display (Win 10 click advanced) and see if it offers a recommended size or adjust it to suit your screen. I would think that if this was the issue then it would be the same for most of your other apps though.
