Is there a way to sort Wishlist by most recent additions / oldest additions?

Like the case with the recent Clearance sale, there are often more Items I would like than I can afford. My wishlist has become large and unwieldly. Ideally I'd like to save more than one wishlist so I could do it by category or by recent sales and then merge or delete. At a minimum I'd like to be able to sort through my most recently added items. I thought the capability existed, but I can't find it.

Maybe changes were made or I'm thinking of a different vendor?

Yes there is a way to sort though your wishlist by the date you added them. It's that button at the upper left marked "Sort By" The bottom choice is "Newest to oldest". What it isn't possible to do is sort them by the date the item was added to the catalog rather than to your wishlist. It is also possible to filter for only sale items. If you use both, you get the items you added last which are on sale at the top.

3dstories - I know we have talked about multiple wishlists before and I will bring it up again. I know we have a lot we are trying to work through right now but will see what the rest of the team thinks about adding this to the list.

I was looking at the bank of colored buttons. The search and sort by button was hiding off my screen at the top. Once I knew what to look for I scrolled up and found it quite easily.

Maybe a different way to accomplish what I'm looking for is not multiple wishlists but rather add one or two extra purchase carts/ being able to split a cart/ make a buffer sales cart.

Here's a problem I've experienced a couple of times:

In the case of the sale I was considering purchasing more than I did, and the way that I would have done that is purchase a rendo gift certificate in addition to the fixed Visa debit card I had. But in order to do that I would have had to delete my entire shopping cart, buy the additional Gift Certificate then reload items from a raather large cart. Being able to break a shopping cart into one-3 carts has an advantage if there are items you like and can buy if you go out and get more funds. I use the cash gift cards because it avoids running enthusiastic debt on a credit card but it also means I have to plan ahead.

An in between way might be to add multiple ways of payment on a single order. Multiple gift cards, multiple gift certificates. I think RDNA has/had this capability for example.

We can combine gift certificates (just not Render Rewards) for you as all you have to do is send an email, site mail, or post in the forum that you would like your gift certificates combined
