Our goal is to respond to support tickets within 24 hours, 7 days a week.
Please be sure you are not trying to use the coupon on sale, prime, clearance items, or software.
Also, be sure the Vendor of the products accept coupons as not all vendors do. If the ticket beside their name is red or a yellow-orange color, they do not accept coupons.

So my cart is full of items that the coupon should apply to. I checked this several times. When I enter the coupon code, the page reloads and nothing changes. The coupon isn't applied, and there's no error message. When I put the same code into the gift cert. box and click apply, I at least get an error message.
Using Firefox on windows. Any fixes for this?
