  1. What's the minimum and maximum length for user names?

  2. How do you check if a user name is available without trying to create an account?

  3. If a name is not on the vendor list in the Marketplace, does that mean that the name is available as vendor name if you want to create a vendor account?

Hi.

Minimum length is 3 letters. You can only check by trying names. We do not have a system to tell you if it is available. Adding numbers at the end of whatever name you want usually works. Just because a name is not on the vendor list does not mean it is available.

Also, you are supposed to have only 1 account, the same account as your member/buyer account. If you want to change your username to a name you want to use as a vendor we can do that for you. You simply purchase a Username Change HERE

After purchasing that you can send an email to store@renderosity.com and tell us it has been done and we will work with you to get the name you prefer. You put the ones that you would want most on the purchase order. ๐Ÿ˜„
