Subject: Charged twice and order pending.

Hello, I am a first time customer. I was charged twice for an order which shows on my bank statement. When I first put in my visa information, it said there was an error 19 and the the card was declined. Did it again and it worked. I was charged both times... Any chance this can be corrected? Thank you. I am also not able to download my order either.

Hi maverick9988 Welcome to Renderosity. The store staff will correct any issues regarding the second payment as they would never have you pay for something twice. As for the download pending, first time purchases are put through manually for security reasons and after that they will be instant downloads. Looking at the time it is now I don't think you will have to wait long.

I ordered this afternoon (UK Time) and I had the same error...I have been ordering from here for years. I think that I was charged twice also...I have emailed store staff...No reply as of yet and my orders are still in my cart as if I haven't paid for them. Help please. What Proof can I send to prove that I did pay in order to down load what I paid for?

@sparrowuk All your purchases will register with the Marketplace so they will know what stage it is at, who it is from and what was purchased. Same as above they will make sure you are not charged twice and reverse the second if this is the case. I know there can be a slight delay when you purchase something via Paypal as the order goes through. Sometimes it will say download pending when it redirects back to the order/download page and a refresh of the browser will solve the issue. The timezone may cause a delay in a response to your email UK to USA. You will also have a record of either your credit card or PayPal to fall back on.
