Subject: help: Products not loading into Poser 11

I have been trying to load SAV hairs, for example, into P11. I usually extract the files, copy the runtime..and paste into the folder. I have a runtime for V$ separate, that seems to work for most stuff...and the one that Poser itself loads in the documents folder... I think its called Poser 11 content, or similar.

It does not matter where I paste..the items do not show up in my library. Also, a couple of thenm created the library name..but nothing is there... the folder reads (0) for content.

Not sure what is going on at all.

If that is not clear, please ask me some questions 😃 I can put up some screen shots later if needed

First open the runtime outside of Poser to make sure the file structure is correct. I f it is then we will look at other causes.
