Subject: Why is the Preview height less than what I set?

I normally set preview to 800x600. P11 forces this to be 800x594. It's not trying to maintain an aspect ratio.... when I set it to 800x400, it comes out 800x394. Always less than the setting by 6.

I can get my usual 800x600 by setting 800x606, but this is weird.
