I don't recall seeing it anywhere. Have you tried site mailing Sveva to ask her where she got it?

I asked the vendor on her fb page (we are "friends") and here is what she said, "The necklace is from the outfit Hot Jumpsuit on daz =) can you pass that info along pls"
