Subject: I Paid for PP11 but it won't DL

The SM download manager downloaded and setup but it only shows my pp2014 serial no. I have not received the usual email from SM and though paypal lists what is paid for it says the seller is 'FastSpring'. I believe the SM site was the genuine one, but am I scammed, any idea please.

FastSpring is the seller, so that's fine.

You should get an email from SmithMicro that contains the serial number, you input the P11 serial into the download manager to access the P11 downloads.

If you mean that when you start up the DL Manager it shows your PP2014 serial in the serial number field, then you need to delete the old serial from that field and copy and paste your PP11 serial into the field, then it will give you the PP11 installers.

(the same DL manager works for every version, it's based on the serial number).

Your email from Smith Micro should arrive soon. It'll have your new P11 serial number. Follow Wheatpenny's instructions on the downloader.

The dust settled, thinking "what a fine home, at least for now" not realizing that doom would soon be coming in the form of a vacuum cleaner.

Thanks for the replies. The problem was that the email was sent to the address used by paypal, rather than the one I typed in when ordering at SM site. Set up and running now. TY.
