Subject: Error installing Vue 11 Frontier

I'm re-installing it after a hard drive crash. It used to work, now it doesn't. Error message while installing, then when I try to launch it goes into an infinite death spiral. Would I have better luck not using Program Files? e-on error.jpg

What does the log file say and have you raised it with EON?

I'm about to, and the log file does not exist in the form specified in the error message. I tried looking for one with no success.

Can you not open the log file in notepad?

You have to unhide system folders to see it.
