Hi. I paid for an order that completed (even got the successful response email from the store here) at 9:29 pm. Still waiting for downloads and it's 10:10 pm. Also my reward balance for what I spent hasn't changed. I refreshed pages, closed my browser, but nothing. Hope this gets resolved soon. Thanks in advance for any help. Will pm store with order details.

The dust settled, thinking "what a fine home, at least for now" not realizing that doom would soon be coming in the form of a vacuum cleaner.

Hi,
I see you were able to download your products. Sometimes it takes PayPal a little longer to communicate with our site than usual.

Hello! It took about 52 extra minutes. It's funny because I got the confirmation emails from both paypal and Renderosity quick. But the downloads didn't happen until later. I was about to sign off for the night when I refreshed the page (had been refreshing it a lot) and it suddenly showed up. I got them, installed them, ended up staying up an extra hour and a half playing with them past when I intended on sleeping :D
