I just got an email stating that as a previous owner of the V4 version I was being sent a 50% off coupon code for the new G3 G8 version. However, when I tried to use it, it said "Sorry, this coupon is only valid for purchases totaling $25 or greater." I didn't see that in the email so I came here to ask if this was correct or is it a bug? Thanks.

Sorry for the problem. It should be resolved. Can you please try the coupon again?
