Hi, I made a purchase for various items as a first timer and nothing showed up that was clickable or linkable. Can you check my order please, I can provide the invoice number if needed.

Hi. I see that order is marked paid and available for download. Go to top right you avatar/dropdown then My Account and click on that order number. 😄

Your downloads are now available. Usually if it's your first purchase it goes through a process your security. Please, try your download again.

Ditto here, order # 113146364 Not a first time buyer though, I just got done with another purchase the day before without a hitch. I've made sure the payment has gone through yet there are no dl links. It has been 3 hours...?
