Hi, I place an order (#113168971) on april,13 and paid by Paypal. I received the Paypal payement confirmation the same day but the download is still pending on my renderosity's account. I send 2 emails to store@renderosity.com with no response. Please help !

Hi, I apologize for the delay. I have not seen any emails come through. I have marked your order as paid so you can now access your downloads 😃

Hi, thank you for your response; I download the files and it works. I don't understand why you don't receive my emails. I have the same adress since my first order in 2005 ( ?) and I receive well your mails and newsletter...Next time I'll need some support i'll use the forum first. Thanks again for your reactivity.
