Is there a way to slide the parameter bars to move the character with the keyboard. I feel like this would be faster and more accurate

I'm not sure what software you're referring to, but if you're talking about the parameter dials in Poser, I never use them. I just click on the numbers to the right of the dials and type in what I want.
