DAZ3d has a "creature" creation addon for V4 that I believe has a werewolf like morph and addon props.

The morphs are in the base package http://philosophersegg.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=1_4&products_id=39 You do need the creature creator morphs though for the legs.
