THE PLACE FOR ALL THINGS BRYCE - GOT A PROBLEM? YOU'VE COME TO THE RIGHT PLACE

Subject: Is there a Byrce 4/Poser 4 tutorial?

I tried importing from Posetr 4 to Bryce 4. Bryce 4 chokes on the obj file. I found that the vertices were listed as "ov" instead of "v" or some such thing in the obj file. I replaced those and it then tries to load but won't resolve the material file correctly. Anybody have a bryce 4 (not 3d) tutorial?

Just looked. I thought Spike at Zone 5 had put one up (he and Mike K helped me a lot and I have no problems whatsoever importing-I apply all materials/textures from within Bryce-get much better results in overall look). However, check out the tutorials in the right purple box--I believe there are several Poser to Bryce tutes there. Diane

Spike has written one and it is on his page. It is in PDF format so you will need Adobe Acrobat-you can download it or read it online http://www.mindspring.com/~zonefive/ (be sure to go to downloads). This way of working with Poser 4 and Bryce 4 has helped me a lot. Diane
