Just in time for Halloween, I'm being haunted by a "phantom" notification... there are no notifications showing when I open the window, but there's a "1" showing by my user name. Anybody have an idea on how I can exercise this "ghost" notification?

When I've had that, I clicked on mark all as read and it cleared it.
