Subject: Art Sale: Email response time

shonsu ( ) posted Mon, 24 December 2018 at 12:51 PM · edited Mon, 29 April 2024 at 7:53 PM

Though it's Christmas Eve, when should I be receiving a response to questions regarding art sales. The banner indicates a response within 24 hours but my 2 emails, one sent over 2 weeks ago and other sent last week have gone unanswered.

Best regards

shonsu

If you sent one two weeks ago, either we are not getting the emails, OR we did respond and the email was blocked. Can you either post your question here, or try sending it again to store@renderosity.com and cc jennblake@renderosity.com on that as well please. We work every day and you should get a response well before 2 weeks!

Thanks for getting back to me. My first email was mailed to the licence email (Dec 8) and last one to the store email on Dec 20th. Emails from Renderosity have been received in past, just as recently as last week.

My 2 questions are as follows:

I will be listing a few of my images for sale and just wanted some clarification on the prices listed under the Tangible Product License option. For the buyer, what does the range mean for them, i.e. $49.95 to $299.95 etc.

I have been signing the art I created but now after looking at other sellers, I observed they haven’t signed their art. Is it required?

Best Regards

David/shonsu

Hi.

signing is not required. 😄 if you click the tangible license option there will be a dropdown with prices YOU decide on. These don't mean anything to the buyer, except that it is the price they will be required to pay. We put those pricing ranges/options there for you to have a wide range of what you might like to charge. 😄
