Subject: How to update marketplace items if FTP auto delete contents

Hello friends What do you do if you need to update your item so the vendors@renderosity.com representant gave you ftp access but everytime you upload something once finished it's automatically deleted no matter what software you use ( Filezilla, Duck, etc). I didn't know that marketplace item update could be so hard. Best regards.

It is NOT deleted.. you just don't have access to see them as there are more file uploads in the same folder that you do not have access to! :)
