Subject: Material room causing a crash — HELP

Running PoserPro on a Mac with OS 10.10. Every so often, when I click to use the Material room, the cursor turns into an eyedropper, then a spinning wheel — and then the program crashes on me. Any ideas on this, folks? Because it's driving me nuts. Totally unpredictable.

Personally I would do a ticket at SM. I would hate to see an obstacle to getting Doc and Raider out there!! 😉

I'm a windows user.... so my thoughts are generic... intermittent problems generally have multiple causes ganging up om us.
But the first thing that comes to mind is when was the last reboot? Does the issue occur more frequently when the PC has been running for a long time?
